Here's the narrative going forward: UT was overrated and UF was underrated. Courtesy of that bonus bye week, UF is rested and healthy, with a legit shot at running the table. LSU is probably the only team left on their schedule that can stop them.

Hate to say it, but this game had a Dooley-esq feel to it. Coaching was just down right wretched on the offensive side. Seriously, how many effin times does Hurd have to run into the back of the tackle to realize that the inside run isn't there?!??
Play calling was bizarre. We opened it up AFTER the game was out of reach.
As for the D, they're back ups for a reason. Unfortunately, Bamas back ups are as good as their front 22, ours aren't...yet!!
Moving on, finish strong at 10-2, hopefully hold on to the East and have everyone healthy for ATL.!! Go Vols!!

There's no excuse for Kamara not getting more touches. He has a record-breaking game last week, and this week the coaches basically put him on the shelf.

So you think even with all our injured and missing players back we are on even keel with Bama? From a coaching standpoint we are just as good?

Needs to be open up competition all over the roster. Barnett and Tuttle balled but the backend needs to be open season.

Competition from who? Wake up man, there is no one left to compete with...maybe Warrior over Abernathy.

This coaching staff has always made mindboggling personnel decisions. Underutilizing Kamara, limiting Kelly to garbage time, almost losing games trying to hang on to JJones' RS...

Butch was hell bent on red shirting Jones then burn Tatum's in a second today. WTH I hate Butch right now. Freaking gave up today and the team did too.

I have to be honest and take a full look at the year. This is a good team. We have talent.

However, we have had some bad luck and some self inflicted problems.

Our team has not once played a complete game.

Our team has not once started well. First half has been horrible. Every game.

Second half we have played much better. But why??!!

Today we were out matched. We didn't have the horses to run with Bama and we didn't scheme anything to help our weaknesses. We tried to play them straight up. We got taken to the woodshed.

Our coaches are stubborn. I hate this about them.

Our players play hard. They try. Sometimes they just don't execute. Today, it cought up to them and they quit at the end.

I hated this game. Never felt like we played hard or were ever in it.

Now we have to watch and hope UF falls. I think they will but we still need it to happen.

I would be shocked if we stay in the top 15. We have to win out and others have to fall in front of us.

If we get lucky to make it to ATL we have to realize that we could earn our 3rd loss. Again pushing us back in the rankings and potentially screwing with our bowl game.

Bad day. Horrible game. Pathetic effort.

So glad we have a bye. Get some rest. Get better as coaches and grow some damn balls.

I agree. But there will be the best College coaches at the time of his retirement want to go there. Why wouldnt you? They have shown they can get the best players every year and at the same time, keep the NCAA away. Thats a win, win for whomever replaces Satan.

So what do yall think about putting in reserves, especially at QB when your down by 5 TDs? Just to get them some experience. Couldn't hurt, rite? I would have liked to have seen backup QB get in there and sling it down field.

Also I find it inexcusable that Hurd played over Kamara.

I hate that he is playing second fiddle.

Just watch what he does in the NFL and we basically kept him on the bench and ran our tree stump into the o line time and time again.

Kamara is better than Hurd. In this system.
