I have no idea what’s going to happen today. I feel like this offense is due to finally figure it out, but the last 2.5 games do not give me the warm fuzzy feelings. I just hope they started to figure it out in the second half and overtime last week, and we move forward with whatever we were doing there. I think we have to score more than 30 points to win the game. That’s the only prediction I will give. Just win, get to 6-1, and get as many guys healthy as possible during the off week for the stretch run.

My prediction:
If big 🍊wins-The headlines will read what’s wrong with Bama, does Debore not have what it takes in the SEC, did Saban leave a year too early, can Bama possibly make it to the CFP with 2-3 loses? ESPN talking heads say yes absolutely 🤬
If Bama wins- that does it for Tennessee’s playoff hopes, teams have figured out Heupel‘s scheme, Nico is not the QB Tennessee fans thought he was.

Yes.

It is and always has been. When Bama fans say to us that their Auburn game is bigger they are trolling and lying. I've been telling people this forever.



@mrMet, we once discussed this at length. Not trying to revive that conversation. Just saying I was correct. 😂

It may not be top 5 in terms of notoriety or viewership these days, but it is definitely one of the greatest rivalries in CFB.

The past 15 years have been really bad for the rivalry.

Hope we can win a few years in a row to get it back on the nation's radar.

YES!!!

The media told everyone for years that the alabama/ auburn Iron Bowl was the biggest rivalry in the SEC. It's big but not the best rivalry. Ala looks at Auburn, like we look at Vanderbilt..... just a little brother. Old school fans know TSIO is the best rivalry in the SEC. Both fan bases should hate each other more than anyone else on the schedule. Historically, it's been a series of streaks and it's our turn to roll up some wins.

BVS is dead and this is the game the trauma from years past begins healing. This is the game we regain confidence in our team and future games -no longer going into them with anxiousness, but anticipation. This is the game we put the world on notice that we aren't going away. This is the game we no longer try and demand that we belong among the greats, but we show that we belong among the greats -this year and years to come. This is the game that the TSIO reclaims its spotlight (nationally) as a bigger rivalry than Alabama-Auburn. Tennessee 41 Bammers 24
