I'm not sure I buy into vanilla play calling being our issue.... We look rusty playing vanilla. Going to be rusty running anything else too. I'm afraid we don't like our matchups up front.... And we haven't played a defense with a real pulse yet..... Florida as bad as they are more talented than anyone we've played yet

I hope it is just rust and playing vanilla..... But we've told ourselves this time and time again over the last decade haven't we. There is certainly cause for concern.

I'm not sure. We only completed curls and come backs. Milton started the game 1-8. He was inaccurate, but receivers dropped a couple of passes.
The offense never got in a rhythm. When they would, refs would call offensive holding or PI.

Gotta have a different approach to Joe… he has proven over his entire career that practice Joe isn’t game day Joe. Our run game is nice, so we need to be a running offense that runs bubbles and takes some shots. We can be a good team but we can’t pretend we are gonna attack people like we did last year, because we are not.

Florida will play above their grade next week but apart from that let’s start polishing who we are instead of be some team we aren’t. When Nico gets in, whenever that is then we can be that again but until then this is who we are.

Joe is too much in his head so take the pressure off and run the ball and let him drop bombs like he likes to do. We will be alright.

Milton isn’t it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he is inaccurate just as we all thought. He misses just enough to slow down the O and we’ve had 2 games with zero deep balls completed. Teams know they can play off and make him beat them intermediate. The sheep will tell you it’s ok but we should have hung 60 on Austin Oeay easy and we didn’t.

the gray helmets didnt even come close to matching the uniforms
