This is what I surmise. When the going gets tough, they are soft and quit. When the breaks go against them, they lay down and do not try harder(put on more steam). Have seen it repeated with Auburn being the only exception. Still can’t figure Auburn out. Was at that game and the feeling then was the same as when Butch and Palardy won against USCE and we all know now that Butch failed.
If we stay in the game close or ahead, we will win. If we get down, then this team of quitters will quit. If our coaches have fire on the sideline then we will at least know they haven’t quit. But if not, then not only do we lose but CJP is done. Otherwise, he’s got about 25 more to purge and then replace with quality ability and mindsets before we go bowling.
