Butch can't make it back from here IMO. Everybody saw how dumb they were. An 81 year old neighbor lady who knows nothing about football asked me after the game why they passed so much and didn't run the ball more.

It's been like this multiple times per year. He's messing up some of the players' potential careers and causing too much dissension in the fan base. Not to mention the black eye the program gets in the media for his BS. Currie should get his opportunity to move the program back up with his guy.

Playing Cover 2 at the end was a bad call. I get you think they might be trying to pick up 20 yards for a FG but you can't play and coverage that would allow someone behind you.

Not getting it in the end zone after halftime killed us.

I though they D played well - minus two horrible plays.

I am just sick to my stomach.

I have been a fan of Butch but I am firmly planted on the side they believes he can't and won't get it done. He just doesn't have the guts.

He coaches scared. And I always expect to change. It won't. I see that now.

He doesn't play the best players.

These two things add up to a guy who just can't cut it.

I've been on the fence until now but I agree with everything you just said. He coaches scared.

Currie is the opposite Dave Hart. Came in and fired baseball coach, put "Lady" back in Lady Vols.

Not striking me as someone who will wait.

Hell probably beat them, we'll go 8-4 by losing to someone else we shouldn't, and we'll rinse and repeat next year. 2nd place in the east, UF will win 7 and somehow win the east again. These last 5 years have made me stop liking Saturdays. Even our wins give me ulcers.

Except I don't agree. I'm encouraged going forward. Our offense came alive finally; hopefully we figure out how to do so earlier in the game. Scott will get better; Dormady will get better; young wr will get better.

Other than the one horribly stupid play, our defense played well. Nobody would have expected our special teams to be what ultimately beat us, but it did. We need to improve, but we will. Remember, just about everybody here said we were an 8-4 or 7-5 team. That still seems true. UGA is going down. (But many fans still won't be happy.)

The point is we were out coached. We had more talent and depth tonight and lost. That is a problem.

I don't see us beating UGA. Fromm is mobile and accurate on short to intermediate. That moves the sticks. Shoop schemes for soft coverage on the outside, plays right into their hands. I think we will get sick of seeing Chubb and Michel. Their D is on par with UF. Even Kirby knows to run the ball if it will win you the game.

Agree. Those wishing for a big name hire, be ready to be disappointed. The boosters and BOT have proven over and over that they are not willing to shell out the money for the big name hire. Wish in one hand and crap in the other and see which fills up first.

After this and the way we played, I'm off the CBJ train. I'm done. Lifelong fan but giving up on this staff after today. Of we can't win this game, we have no mental toughness and poor coaching in the 5rh year. Time for a new coach.

How will we win? Georgia will get to the QB and then there may be some problems.

Like inside the 10 and don't run the ball once. I am just as frustrated as everyone else but its more than just QD. Palmer can't catch a cold right now. I believe Kelley would be the first to say he should have caught that pass. Our O-line, our DB's our LB's (except Mr B). Jumper got used.
