Should tell everybody how it has gone for going on 5 years.

There's a real disconnect here. Smh

Worley and Dormady are basically the same guys. Late throwers of the football, who both stare down receivers and neither Properly throw open their receivers.
I just don't get it

Only because he didn't bail on his throws, I will never ever question Worley's toughness,Dormady ain't in his stratosphere as far as that goes

If (SR yr) Worley has this OL, WR corps, and RB corps, we win easily yesterday and are looking at a 9-3 season easy.

I do think QD looks better than Jr Year Worley though.

This is like Cronkite turning against the Vietnam War.

I will always support the University of Tennessee, it's football program, the players, and the coaches. I'm very happy that Butch Jones took the job when he did and he did a very good job cleaning up the program and rebuilding the roster.

But he's had five years and yesterday showed that he's never going to win big at UT. And we're better off letting him go and bringing in a coach who can take all this talent and win before the talent leaves and we need a total rebuild.

This roster should be pretty enticing to some very good coaches out there. Hopefully John Currie is already making some phone calls, he better be ready to pull the trigger because I have a feeling this season's not gonna go all that well the rest of the way.

Agree completely. Good post.

This.

Thank you, Butch. Really, thank you, but we need to cut ties. I don’t want to fall back to the roster that we had when he took over. We need to do it this year, salvage the recruiting class coming in, and get someone in here that can win with this talent. I have no idea who that coach is right now, but with our roster we can entice a good coach into coming. I’ll let Currie figure out who that is.

Dormady is scared of that heat. 😂😂😂

Yup and I honestly don't know if it's due to a knee injury . He took a pretty tame hit on his knee on that 1st goal line throw and he had to leave the game.
Also he's sporting a pretty bulky brace there too.

Has there been a reported knee injury that I missed for him during his time here?

All our players have some sort of knee injury. It's a prerequisite on Butch's "recruiting profile"

Idk but him being scared won't let him be anything at QB for us in the future.

OK. I get the anger at not running Kelly the last series. Everyone was expecting that. The three passes in that series hit the receivers in the hands. It's not on the coaches. Coaches can't make the plays. We missed JJ.

That was weird. He got hit and walked off like nothing was wrong. Then it comes out that he was hurt. Like man you got nicked lol

You run JK. You tell the defense you're going to run JK and they aren't keeping him from scoring three times.

2 out of 3 hit hands and even that’s pushing it. The ball may have hit Callaway in the hands but that would have been a tough catch. 3rd down play had no shot. Kelly’s was the only real drop, IMO.

I was remembering the Palmer drop. Must have been on an earlier series. Even so the point stands. If we are going to be competitive against Bama we are going to need the young guys in our receiving corp to start making plays.

Totally agree. Very well stated.

You have to know the situation. Need to not leave time on the clock. Can NOT have 3 incompletions. You just have to run the ball there, at LEAST on 2 of the downs. Especially after the disaster of not running any from the 1.

And Kelly should have caught it, but even it was low.

JFK is the man.

237 yds of offense by our RB.

That is all that needs to be said about John Kelly.
