Have you guys noticed that when we gang tackle, all of our guys push a different direction and we help him get an extra 4 or 5 yards???

Saw it again in the UTC game. It would be really comical if, you know, it was someone else.

Honestly hadn't thought about it like that. Would be awesome if we just pulled out everything in the book and a few things not written yet.

Any recommendations on something to do at noon Saturday that will last a few hours? Maybe It The Second Chapter?

I'm sorry, I've seen nothing from Florida that impresses me this year. They looked like absolute trash against Miami, and UK gave them that game. I'm not scared of their team.

The only things I AM scared of are the things that have historically bitten us in Florida games (turnovers, backup quarterbacks).

Florida is also down several key players, so I wonder if that wasn't the difference, when we've been fortunate on the injury front so far.

My prediction: UT wins 24-17

I honestly can’t point to anything great about Fl’s team. They have a pretty good DL and receivers. That’s it. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to beat them and the only reason we’re worried about it is the history of us blowing the game. They find ways to win while we find ways to lose. We have to reverse that

not to be negative. their team's strengths havent matched well vs our most dire weaknesses.

i think its talent gap. truly, they've been faster.

they looked like florida of old on D on Sat for a bout a half. Attrition has kilt them.

well, those are two match ups that really work in their favor. if BT plays, that may even things out a tad against their WR's.

but their front 7 against our off front is a key match up. it will dictate whether or not we'll be able to run the ball at all and whether or not the QB has time to make any throws. despite all the other pedestrian things about UF this year, that is one area they're still really solid at.

Chaney has his work cut out for him. i think he's up to it though.

and like i said yesterday...i'm real interested in what our front 7 can do to them? they're not great up front either....and despite our histroy against back up qb's, that has to be something our defensive coaches have to be liking.....

i'm not going to call for a W here. but i think there will be some opportunities in this game for us to make some plays on both sides of the ball. we'll have to make them....all.

if we do, then we can probably pull out a w. and we absolutely can't make the big mistakes....just can't.

Yes, and that attrition helps us. Their OL, for the first time in forever, is worse than ours. They can’t run the ball and they struggle to protect the QB. We’ll get pressure.

Our skill players are better also. We actually match up pretty well with them on paper. And who knows what they’ll get with their QB. KY played soft coverage against him so forgive me for not being impressed with what little we saw of him on Saturday. I’m more worried about Jones coming in and running the ball on us than I am about Trask.

Supposed to be 84-85 degrees most of the game. 50ish% humidity. Not super bad.

I'm finding something else to do or watch. This will be another nut kick TN loss to UF, until it isn't.

After the game I'll either watch the dvr or delete it.
