Their best corner is out with injury. They have another safety suspended for the first half. And if I’m not mistaken they’re missing someone else also.

But, their pass defense has been atrocious this year even with the guys they have. Our receivers will make plays if the OL can protect JG and JG shows up to play. That’s our best matchup against their defense.

I feel like Pruitt's time as DC in the west gave us a significant advantage over Auburn last year. It felt like Pruitt knew Gus' offense better than he did at times. Will we get some of that against Florida? We didn't find out last year because the game blew up in our faces before we could get started. Can our defense play above themselves this weekend? If so, we might give them a run for their money.

i think Pruitt has generally done a good job against Mullen.

hope this week goes well, and some of the guys in the front 7 start to "get it" so they can just go play. i also hope we keep that aggressive mindset on defense. would like to see us force some more turnovers this week.

wonder how much the noon kick works in our favor? i think it was a big deal against Auburn last year, but of course that that point, their season had kinda gone off the rail a bit.

UF still has all their goals out in front of them......

i think it'll be a big deal having HT and DB on the field at the same time manning the middle of that defense......

really really need JG to find himself in a big way.

I feel like 30 pts is the bogey for the win. Anything more than that and we win going away. I don't think UF can score that much on us. Hitting that mark will require solid play from JG. That is the question mark.

Total gut feeling though.

Florida may not be very good, but I bet they could beat Ga St. Also, they’re starting their backup QB. With that alone, I already know we’re screwed. Here we go again...

You will regret missing the sweet sweet nectar of real-time euphoria. 2016 all over again. That was one hell of a cathartic rush. I lost my shiz on the JJ and Malone TDs. It's going to be like that again.
