Bailey had all spring and landed 3rd string, again, for a second staff.. what’s that tell you.. why can’t you get that through your head.. JG, Shrout, Hooker, Milton.. that’s not a very good line up at QB.. and every single one of them have played over the guy.. it’s nothing personal, but if he wasn’t a four star off a all star team in high school, no one on this board would even bring him up..

we still out-recruit the other 4 East teams. The goal right now is to recruit and coach our way to being 8-4 or 9-3 somewhat regularly, then try to recruit with them. we're not going to be close for a long time, and like it or not we're so far behind the 8 ball that baby step goals are what we need. The shoot for the stars and start over in 3 years thing hasn't worked

Luckily mizzou looks way worse than I thought. I thought they would be good. They look like us but with an even worse run defense. Which means we will lose by 10 haha

According to some in here the previous coaches recruited very well ( PS they obviously didn't) so which one is it?

They did ok, but left huge holes in big spots. For being a defensive guru, Pruitt didnt bring in any pass rushers. He had one ok linebacker whos at another school and getting exposed. And nothing great behind the first 5 lineman.

He’s correct…our roster is trash. He actually called a good game against Pitt as well.

The scheme is fine. Players have to execute. You can't be 1/16 on 30+ throws. You can't have 4 drops a game. You can't have two bad snaps that kill 2 separate drives. You can't have 3 unsportsmanlike penalties a game. Need some legit potential studs to start to step up.

Yep. Another 50/50 game (along with Pitt)

These are the contests where we find out what we have. Very, very equal.

He hits the FG I believe Heupel kicks instead of the 4th down attempt to Callaway. Hits that and it’s 24-20.
