I didn’t call out BJM, but I will call out the defense as a whole. They let Florida dictate from the start how they played, And while I’m at it I’m calling out the offense, though the defense didn’t do their part, which should be to Offense is the “you watch my back and I’ll watch yours” and they didn’t. I’m still salty because I don’t think Joe is leading this team but backwards, and I really hate that. Last year showed us what we could be and now….here we are.The DL has played fine. They've put pressure on Mertz. The LBs have been quiet. Florida has obviously taken advantage of Herring's inexperience at calling the protections. Not sure how much you can blame BJM for that. Secondary has been mostly bad. That's between Martinez and Banks. Not sure I'm ready to write off Banks yet, but Martinez's seat should be hot.
That last sentence always seems to come to fruition. Transfer garbage QB, backup QB, NFL talent but has yet to put it altogether. Tennessee is the elixir.Well, I didn't think UF could score 30. . . never thought we wouldn't get close to it.
We had two likely TD drives stolen by the refs. Should've been a much closer game.
We aren't very good, but if we can fix about 4 glaring issues, we can compete.
It's never as good our a bad as it seems.
Once again we made UF's mediocre QB look like a Heisman contender.
I'm already looking forward to next year when we aren't wondering if Joe is going to play well or not.
He's been the same his whole career. There has been no change. Big arm, decent leader. No killer instinct and the whole team plays like it.
