Shouldn’t lose to Florida
We are now a mid level team again
We are exactly on pace for where we should be at this point in year 3, imo. We've overachieved so much that it seems like we should be much better, but we are still gradually becoming a better roster and team from where Heupel started. 8-4 in year 3 was what I expected when he was hired. Anything beyond that is good.

Some sobering facts that will hurt people's feewinz...

1. Joe is not it, and plays like a unmotivated puss. No fire, no drive when things don't go his way. Big talk, no walk. Put Nico in for experience the remainder of the season and call this one a wash at this point.

2. Heup may be getting exposed for the UCF coach he and his staff truly are at this point. This was a defining moment for this staff and they failed miserably. No argument.

3. Banks and staff should have their pink slips on their desks by 8am Monday.

4. Disappointed that there is truly this much talent on this roster and it can't be coached into a fine tuned machine at this point. A Waste of talent. Conf USA coaching.

5. Those that think this team and Milton will hit their stride after this game and come on strong the second half of the season are living in a dream and probably still wear masks alone in their car.

6. We will go 7-5 or 6-6 and will get at least 2-3 high-tier de-commits by early signing period and will struggle to sign a full class unless we just bottom troll for 3* to fill out the class.
#7. You just reminded me why I had you on ignore

Well, the floor on this team is a lot lower than I realized. Getting taken behind the woodshed by a bad Florida team is a scary sign for the rest of the year.

Hope we figure some s*** out, and fast.

To be fair he was handed a turd sammich .
Fans like this are ridiculous… we are miles ahead of where we were in years past yet they bitch about us having a losing record against a Saban dynasty.. Kirby smart with 2 national titles and a Florida team that has had our number for 20 years…. Yes they’re out rivals but nobody is going to walk in and all the sudden randomly start beating teams with multiple national titles in the last 20 years. All those teams have 2+ national titles in that time gram and one of them has like 6-7 National titles…

Be lucky to beat Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina…. Heck pretty much any of those with Milton as QB

Forget beating any of those teams. Just getting to 6 wins is no guarantee with Joe as QB. He occasionally shows flashes of brilliance, but he’s ultimately just a below average quarterback. I hate it for the guy, but it is what it is at this point. He’s a sixth year player and isn’t going to get any better at this late stage of his career.

And all the doomsayers is who I was talking about. Holy **** people. Turns out Florida wasn't as bad as we thought. Especially on their home field with a loud crowd. It's not the end of the world. Heupel isn't suddenly a bad coach. Grow some effing nuts, people. I mean, unless you're a woman, then please, don't. But still, we will survive. We still have a fighting chance against anyone. I've yet to see a college football team that looks unbeatable this year. We have a hell of a lot that needs to improve, but our season is NOT over.

Milton will definitely get more hate than he should. He didn’t play that bad especially after Huepel finally opened up the offense and threw it down field. He doesn’t have the “IT” factor tho

I noticed when Tennessee began to throw bombs, 7 was more than comfortable. Too bad it was in the 4th quarter.

He doesn't have it between the ears. A freshman throws a trash Int . Not a 6th year player.

Florida wasn't good. We can't tackle or block.

Have you looked around? Every team has warts. I’d take 9-3 or so. Let’s see how they respond.

So what did we learn/confirm tonight?

- We implode in the swamp. We are their Kentucky. Confirmed
- Nobody makes Florida look like the belle of the ball quite like Tennessee.
- The defense in the first half was inexcusable and their needs to be answers.
- Joe Milton ain't that guy and he never will be. Confirmed
- There needs to be stronger vetting, accountability, or punishment for Refs.

I've seen too many games ruined because of poor officiating. Despite how horrible we played across the board, that game could have been incredible/different had the refs not killed two drives.

Quarterback play is definitely not the main reason we lost lmao
I wasn't happy with Joe really, but the level people exaggerate his issues are just insane. They act like he just went 0 for 30 with 30 picks. He's obviously not incredible, but what is Nico gonna do when there's a bunch of penalties and the defense waits 30 minutes to show up?
