I think the biggest advantage we have is CJH and this staff. I’m a long time vol fan and as such I‘ve seen-felt-agonized over losing streaks to Alabama,Georgia,Florida to CJH it’s just the next game.
He wasn’t born in SEC country hasn’t dealt with long standing rivalries between teams/fan bases. I believe his teams feed off his positive energy. Feel loose play loose.

The more I think about, the more I think our biggest priority needs to be not shooting ourselves in the foot saturday. It seems like every time we play away we have tons of false start penalties that ruin our drives, UGA last year was a huge example of that. I have no doubt we will be able to move the ball on them, as long as we dont get behind the chains from penalties

This is my biggest concern - we have not played well in truly hostile away environments- gonna have to weather the initial storm of crowd energy and make some positive things happen to deflate the swamp and take that aspect out of the equation

Potentially good news for us is they are calling for storms all day Saturday, could damper the crowd a bit

Need a repeat of LSU last year. Something right off the bat like the kickoff with a quick score to deflate the crowd and let momentum take over.

I'd like to see a random onside kick. I feel like we had a gap last week vs AP but didn't pull the trigger. Wonder if that is even in the bag with a new kicker.

This is a dangerous game for reasons the media isn't talking about.

The scheme, Milton, and our WR's will be fine.

This game is dangerous because this is a must win for Napier. That means he is going to be very aggressive and throw the kitchen sink at us (similar to the AP coach trying to make a name for himself). What does that mean for us?

1) Defense needs to be ready for trick plays. Play sound gap assignments.
2) Defense needs to be ready to play all 4 downs. In other words, be ready to line up on defense for a quick 4th down snap vs mindlessly running off the field after a failed 3rd down conversion.
3) Special teams should be in safe on FG's and punts.
4) Special teams need to be prepared for onside kick attempts at every kick off.

If we do those, we can turn those momentum plays into a blowout win. If not, it will be way closer (and possible loss) than player talent and scheme would otherwise dictate.
