'20 Recruiting Forum: Official Gator Bowl Pre-game/Game Thread

Do y'all think senior-led/heavy teams are at a disadvantage in bowls? I remember how young we were in 2014 and even 2015 and played lights out. I think some seniors want to go out on a high note but some may phone it in a bit or take plays off to reduce their risks of getting hurt.

Oh they will be lurking still. Too close although Vegas disagreed.
In reality it wasn't close..it was a fluky twilight zone game...It feels like we have lost every dang game of this nature for the last ten years..

I even asked that after the first play of the game...when was the last time we won a game after something like that happening..

Another thing I noticed tonight. HT assumed the Bituli role of calling the defense and getting guys lined up. It looked to me like he was making more checks then DB tonight
Could be because DB could only see out of one eye after he cane back into the game, either way it’s good to see because it’s going to be his defense for the next two years!

My sister just sent me a pic of my Mom who is really bad off at this point...sitting up on the edge of her seat, yelling and soooo happy at the end... 😭😊
