Looks like some money is coming in on us as of late. Both the tickets and % od money are we in the 90+ direction for uga yesterday afternoon
I am more interested to see what happens in the few hours leading up to the game tomorrow, and see if the morning line changes dramatically. I think that’ll tell us what’s going to happen.

Why dont we chill on the Heup criticisms?

His staff is what it is. Get recruiting better and we are on an upward trajectory.

Hopefully he will make some changed if he feels compelled. Honestly, Im completely fine if Willie Mo stays. Same for Banks, despite some searing takes on my behalf.

Theyve got a solid class. But, gotta get great.
Not really a criticism. Just a simple observation things are very similar to his days at UCF which is his only other HC job. Guys can grow, change, mature. His emphasis on defense in recruiting gives me hope. Still, if these penalties were something that Heupel really wanted gone, he'd have done it by now. As for recruiting, I agree. We've seen what this offense can do when properly armed. Might get us past UGA and bama, might not. At least an offense like that gives you a shot....if you can get the athletes to run it.

Like last week showed us, it just depends on how this team feels when the roll out of bed on gameday. If we come out and play a full game, we might be able to do something similar to what Mizzou did vs UGA. Still won't have enough to beat them, but at least we won't get embarrassed on the national stage and in front of a ton of recruits. If they decide they don't feel like playing big boy football, UGA can pretty much name the score. Having said that, I don't think Kirby will do that. My hope is that our play and the score could be somewhat respectable.

One thing is for sure. HIS COACHES have to widen the net.

If the Birmingham office calls this game against GA the same way they have called games against us, we win going away. 😂 GA will look like they just didn't show up.
Do we also get to blame the refs for getting spanked in Mizzou last weekend, or does that not fit your narrative?

Join the vol club at the $25 lefel and you can take part in their free tailgate. It’s worth it.
Agreed. The food is great and not having to prepare or clean anything up is worth $25 per person in my opinion.

I’m not very optimistic after last week, but I’d be lying if seeing Dobbs go on his run the past few weeks isn’t starting to get my hopes up just a little bit. Thanks for posting this.
I haven't been optimistic since the clear pattern of facts pertaining to officiating became clear near the beginning of the season and went off the charts in the second half at Florida and at Bama and has still not abated. But it is certainly great to watch that video!

And never say never!

This one is awesome too!

Part of me thinks Georgia beats the ever loving **** outta UT the other half thinks UT gets the upset in a crazy game. Find a way to win
I feel like it will either look like 2021 or we lose a heartbreaker because everytime we get in the redzone we false start, have a phantom hold called against us, run a screen that goes nowhere or turn it over and we lose by 3.

I also kinda feel like losing Thornton was a pretty big hit against our chances. I just don't see Chas or Webb being able to do anything against them, so we'll only be able to rely on Squirrel and run out of bounds for no reason Ramel Keyton.

VN RF, hear me out, we are going to win......

I'm thinking Birmingham will do exactly that @Orange. I've been thinking about it all day today and the way Saban acted last year after they didn't make the playoffs, B-ham will do everything to get them in the top 4 this season. I think the SEC only gets 1 team in and bama/saban will be angling hard for that bid. We will finally get the whistle in our favor tomorrow.

Georgia would have to lose to us to drop them out of the top 5 and Alabama needs to thump UTC, auburn, and then beat Georgia in the SEC title game. That would put bama in the top 4, with only 1 loss. Georgia plays us and Ga Tech and the pups need 2 losses to guarantee bama gets in. Neyland is known for causing teams to struggle and we have a winning streak of our on going, that helps mask the penalties called against the dogs. The media narrative will be "Neyland causes teams to struggle" and the 2022 bama game will be mentioned several times. (It really wouldn't make since for GA to lose to Tech. It has to be us beating Uga) Saban will get what he wants.

We will win tomorrow and Birmingham is going to play a huge part in it. They won’t take a chance on other teams ranked ahead of bama to lose over the next couple of weeks. Alabama will make the playoffs this year.

There's also this on the line....

"Last Saturday, Smart won his 27th game in a row. Georgia is now just one game away from tying the SEC record of 28-straight games, which was done twice by Alabama from 1978-1980 and 1991-1993."

Alabama/Birmingham will not let Georgia tie that record tomorrow. UA can't help themselves, they want to be at the top of the rankings for everything. The gumps have the "Ricky Bobby disease" ...if you ain't 1st, you're last. Plus, alabama trumps georgia for the conference's favorite team and there's more gumps refereeing and running the SEC than bulldawgs. We will beat Georgia because the tide need us to.

The VOLS are winning tomorrow because Nick Saban need us to. That's the guaranteed way alabama makes the playoffs this year.

Maybe they keep it closer, but they need Jesus in their life first.

They can't see what's coming for them this Saturday in Neyland but god has a plan for them. I've seent it. Bless their hearts.

It depends on what the backstory might be, which is still an unknown imo. But I am signing on for this! GBFO! 🍊 🍊 🍊
