OF COURSE we would struggle. I am not saying the coaching in this game has been perfection but we are severely limited.

Our biggest issue is talent discrepancy. We still do not have the talent to be elite regardless of what you all say. We recruit well but not elite and to win it all you have to recruit elite.

This is where I am. Unless we go get a bunch of 5-stars and change some coaching staff we have hit our ceiling. Kudos to Heupel for bringing us back fast, but something needs to change for us to take the next step.

Nico plays with tons of heart and he has a ton of talent and potential, but he is nothing more than an above average quarterback at this point. He needs to be MASSIVELY better next year to go pro, and I don't see it happening. I think he's here for at least two more years.
