Probably, and it would be a valid complaint. Not playing Nico doesn’t change that it was a great win, but the reality is that the kid is one play away from being the starter and we’ve gotten him essentially no meaningful reps even when the opportunity has been there to do so. If you think that’s an invalid thing to complain about, then you must have a short memory because we saw how quickly a starting quarterback can go down just last season.

Passing game... Still not where it needs to be but it showed some signs of life, which was good. Thought Joe was good, overall...2 throws not withstanding...squirrel with a fantastic catch... Really helping his qb.
