Proud of this team. They never ever give up. We have an amazing team that is good enough to win out. Hope Danny O is ok as well as the rest of our injured guys. Get Kirkland back next week and let's ride.

Some of you guys expect perfection from our players. That just isn't realistic. I mean it's bad when so many make big mistakes in the same game but that doesn't happen very often at all. Dobbs isn't perfect, Peyton wasn't perfect. But he makes big time plays for this team. Same with the receivers, RBs and the rest of the team. It's easy to sit on your couch and see the open WR that Dobbs missed, but we don't have a 6'5" 270 lb DE bearing down on us.

You can't do much about the injury issue. However, Dobbs gets major credit when the team wins (as he should). Dobbs shoulders a lot of the blame in this loss. One or two less TO's by him and it's a different game result.

Very accurate. At the end of the day all the injuries and mind boggling turnovers were too much to overcome.

Last year we were the team with fewer mistakes, fewer turnovers, fewer penalties and that kept us in games. This year, those exact things are killing us. Not much we can do about the injuries, but we're coughing the ball up wayyyy too much. At the end of the day there are too many injuries + turnovers for us to overcome vs a very good team like aTm. 'grats to them, but I truly believe team 120 is the only team who can beat us.

Awesome game! Glad I went. Aggie fans were fun to watch a game with...in their house! Everything went wrong...then right...then somebody had to lose. Don't have time or desire to deal with Negavols or their threads tonight. Saw a team that didn't stop and left everything in the field. Commence ugliness...there's not enough of you to mess up what's been built. Go Vols!

Overall defense was decent but the secondary was exposed big time on the deep balls. Again.

I don't feel anyone is really being negative. Pretty much all of the comments are that we are extremely proud of this team and their resiliency and fight. Ugly game from the offense in regards to ball security, but the offense could only be stopped by ourselves tonight. We probably could have put up 60+ if we take care of the ball.

I wish the team would stop trying to fight for extra yards and just go down on the ball. That seems to be what is causing most of these turnovers not just tonight. If you are going to keep grinding, keep both hands on the ball at least. Kamara kept on grinding but I just wish he had gone down or out of bounds. That was a huge fumble and Kelly's was a killer at that point of the game. Dobbs should have easily fell on it. We probably score there. A lot of what ifs tonight. Great fight by the players in the face of a lot of adversity. Any updates on McDowell? He looked to have a concussion along with Wiesman.

Kiffin will throw a lot of deep balls next week. We are terrible defending the deep ball. Are really missing Cam, so that we can give safety help on other side of field and let him shut his man down by himself.

Offense has to come out sharp next week and protect the ball. Need to be prepared to continue calling aggressively, because we may have to get into a shootout with Bama to have a chance.

Such a delicate little flower. We lost the game, so there were negatives worth discussing. That doesn't mean people are being "Negavols" though. Effort was there, coaching was there, didn't execute in some key spots but definitely overcame some adversity today.

I don't think I've ever seen a game with more injuries for one team. Something seems off there

Even though I'm proud of this team's ability to not quit-- and Debord's excellent play calling/ Butch making great use of timeouts at the end of the game-- It still hurts to lose a game for the first time in almost a year.

We were a week away from going one year between losses...

Db coach needs to work with Mosley and his grabbing WR's jersey. He did it several times because he was getting beat.

Moving the Georgia game/bye week is the solution. Maybe some Finebaum caller (you know you are out there) suggesting might get the ball rolling ..

I don't doubt that Butch will keep after them as well as VOLS fans. Already the CBS announcers say it HAS to be played, so that helps.
