Byrd and Jennings just make plays. Byrd looks like a better version of Pig Howard right now.

Every week I see other teams with tough as nails WRs who make great catches in traffic and fight for extra yards. We haven't had that in a long time, but it looks like we do again with these young guys.

He's faster and at least 3 inches taller than pig.

Lmao. Close to being done with Malone... I get it, he's inconsistent. He may take a few plays off. But come on now man.

Also stil better than Preston(basically been a no show) who a few had being one of the best to come out of HS since AJ/Julio

What's there to laugh about when he's dropping all kinds of passes? We put freshmen in and they play with more heart than him. He's not making difficult catches on his TDs. Only one may have been the Va.Tech game but he's not going up over DBs. Jennings is but Malone is with the BS...... Leaving his feet all the time for passes he could just catch on the ground. He's 6'3 he doesn't have to jump 2 inches to catch passes chest height when they hit his hands.

One thing about a game like yesterday our WRs have to make pays through contact. Refs not giving you calls is fine. Start playing rough and make them call something. If they don't call a thing then keep pushing off and such. Make the game dirty for them too. There's ways to stop the BS.

Also hats off to Kamara for taking the game over. Kid played TENNESSEE TOUGH yesterday. You could see his body language change in the second half. He and Kelly are a nasty combo.

Haven't been on here since yesterday but I can't say how proud I am of this team and how proud they make me to be a Vol. They pretty much dominated that game and without all the turnovers they win that game fairly handily. Hope everybody gets healed up and take it to Bama next week. GO BIG ORANGE and GO DAMN VOLS!! 🍊🍊

Wasn't being "delicate" at all...you seem a little sensitive at the suggestion tho. :) FOR A MAN! :yu: Had to hang around campus for awhile after the masses departed and everybody's connections were down, so when I did check on game threads and new ones put out, I am informed that the STAFF most notably Butch were responsible for the ball getting stripped out of our players hands on seemingly TD bound drives. News to me, since I was watching it at field level and it looked like our players were doing so. Great experience and Aggie fans are right up there with Sooner fans as hosts. To say that negative posts weren't going to ruin that memory shouldn't be verboten material...just sayin. There would have been Negavol crap if our team had pulled that off so suck your safe space crap back into the hole it came out of. :salute:

I don't think I've ever felt good at all about anything when I've left a game we just lost, especially when it was nit at Neyland. I commend you for your..dogged..positivity.

We are simply in good hands with Butch. He recruits well, his staff likes him (which means no early defections and down years due to bad hires), his players run through a brick wall for him, and he doesn't cause trouble or run his mouth.

I'm already loving this season and the program he has built, but it's also important to consider the longterm view. He's building something that will be successful for a long time.

He literally told us exactly what he was going to do when he was hired with the brick by brick mantra, and now he's making good on it.

Bought in on him and his staff a long time ago. This season has just helped to affirm that decision.

He's gotten over every mountain since he's been here..except that darn SEC west hump. It is the last mountain to climb on the way to restoration. He will get over that one too..

Take #3 off the field he doesn't want the ball for real.

Sometimes you see the Alligator arms come out in him. Such a shame, cause he has the tools to DOMINATE. Seems like he just wants it to be handed to him. Gonna have to change it upstairs if he wants to be something special.

Put him on the bench I bet he plays right when he gets in....... PT surely makes kids catch and hungry.
