This game is going to be an absolute battle. Knight is the best QB we see this season and A&M has a very good DL, especially if Garrett is back.

This is not a game where we make a miracle comeback to win. TN needs to hit them fast out of the gate, contain Knight on the ground, and take the 12th man out of the game. I think this is game where we finally get punished for the injuries to JRM, Kirkland, and Sutton.

This forum is putting that offense on a pedestal it doesn't deserve. It hasn't been tested by anything approaching a good defense (like, say, Florida or VT). Their scoring numbers are skewed by a game against Prairie View A&M (lol). They played well against Arkansas but have otherwise been pretty ordinary.

Trevor Knight really hasn't played well this year. The media gives him a pass because of his highlight-reel runs, but he's also marginalizing the most talented position group on that team by completing only 55% of his passes.

Yeah all that said and we have a better QB and D-line. Vols win and wouldn't surprise me if we dominate coming off a Hail Mary wake up call.

It seems like we have been playing to the level of our competition. Hopefully we rise to meet the challenge.

We've been very inconsistent through our first 5 games and are really lucky to be 5-0. Pre-season I predicted 10-2, and frankly we haven't looked as good as I thought we would on either side of the ball to this point. I'm thrilled to be undefeated with wins over FL and UGA, but until we play a complete game, I don't see us winning anything more than the east. If we play the next 2 games the way we played the first 5, we will lose both. Hope I'm wrong.

Disclaimer: If we finally put it all together and play 4 quarters like we played the second half against FL, we could end up in the playoff.

I'm rolling with this team until the wheels fall off.

A&M is a tough matchup. But we are more than capable of winning this game. This team can win ugly or it can win beautifully. They will win whichever way lends itself best.

Most people are assuming lots of points. But I could see both defenses playing well and things getting a little sloppy.

Vols hold the Aggies to FG's all day and explode for points again in the 3rd quarter.

I'll say 27-19 VOLS

A&M is untested and about to get blasted in College Station. Vols by double digits this weekend. Knight is about to get mangled along with the rest of this team.

Vols with a statement win and it won't be close.

If I just look at what we've done so far this year (and how eerily accurate Vegas has pegged the last 2 Tennessee games) I'd easily have to think A&M will win by a TD or so.

However, when I look at what A&M has done in 2013, 2014, and 2015, its easy for me to think Tennessee has a much better shot than I would otherwise give them. This is the exact situation A&M has flopped the last 3 years. Early wins (The Kenny Trill Carolina game, Arizona State, etc), rise to the Top 10...then lose.

Good grief, what I would give to see that trend continue.

This is where I'm at. If we have a better start and play a complete game, we'll win. If we start slow again and wait until the second half to show up, then we'll probably lose.

Man I hope so. This season is the best since I have been a fan, and I don't even know what I'll do if we keep the streak going. Absolutely unbelievable so far.

My prediction Vols 30 Aggies 31. We lose on the final play of the game on a made FG by A&M. This will be our only regular season loss because we're going to beat Bama the next game.
