There needs to be a purge. There’s a culture problem and it needs flipped, Fulmer and Pruitt are working on it. But a bunch of players need to go.

Bob Shoop was a terrible DC here but awesome before he got to Knoxville. And he goes to Starkville, where they were used to winning for awhile, a winning culture and all of a sudden he’s a great defensive coordinator again.

Point is, I think were undervaluing culture and mindset. And how important it is and how difficult it seems to be to change quickly.

I don’t disagree and I’m generally optimistic about the future. But even as bad as this roster is, I don’t think the coaching has been up to par in about half of the games.

I just don’t know anymore. I want to assume on blind faith that this is the bottom and the ascent begins when the clock strikes zero - but it’s not guaranteed.

The roster is very bad. But we have to be able to call out bad schemes and gameplans when we see them.
