'18 Recruiting Forum: Official Vanderbilt Pre-Game/Game Thread

Instate rival, last game of the year, a definite bowl opp if we win, rebound and redemption from last week, end with a win for the seniors, players, and coaches? Last week the game/chemistry went sideways with JG going out, turnovers, and the feeling we couldn't come back... If we don't make stupid mistakes and have the same QB the entire game, we could pull this out.
This didn't age well

I love football, but refs are making it not fun anymore.

No PI call.
No roughing the passer (right in front of the back field judge)
Did not call Vandy DE offsides a few plays ago.
None of that has anything to do with us getting our buts kicked all over the line of scrimmage.

We are getting physically whooped.

Until that changes, the results won't change.

Hey Johnson why don’t you actually block somebody on the line of scrimmage instead of going downfield for a cheap shot. Soft a$$

He’s probably been our best linemen and was a captain today. He’s an 18-22 year old who made a boneheaded play like 18-22 year olds do.

I know it’s obvious we have a player problem but if you would’ve said once the season started that we would be getting our arses handed to us by Vandy with a bowl game on the line... Pruitt losing a lot of good will today

I feel bad for Pruitt on some level because it isn’t his mess and the Tennessee fanbase has simply run out of goodwill. But he’s being paid handsomely not to get embarrassed by Vanderbilt, so I don’t feel TOO bad.
