I think Pruitt is a really good coordinator but we should have hired an established HC. Vandy does not have a good roster and we are making them look like Georgia.

So coaching deserves no blame at all?

A lot of people before the year said things like we have a solid roster, picked us to beat wVU, JG is a nfl caliber qb, etc. It’s a two way street for everything.

Not saying he doesn’t have some blame the bare, but for people saying he can’t coach and needs to be let go is a bit of a drama queen for sure.

And if you bought any of that hype you stated, you’re just delusional. We went 4-8 last year. Winless in the SEC. Worst team in UT history.

This year we fought hard in some games. Pulled off a couple upsets. And were in contention to go to a bowl. Progress was made this year. Pruitt’s having to reform a mentality up there. UT went from expecting to win in the 90’s to hoping not to lose too bad nowadays.

It’s a mind shift for players and fans alike. Am I pissed that we lost to USCe and Vandy. Yes. But I can see progress. We’ll see more next year. May not win 10 games like most fans expect, but we’ll be better.

Both. USC coaches suck, Darnold hid a lot of their staffs concerns, which is why they suck now. But yes JG and our OL are mediocre at best. Still there is no creativity there.

There had been no over promising on results.

We were 5-6 going in to this game, it's not like we are being UPSET here.

This is not a well coached football team. Y'all can put this all on the players but these coaches leave a lot to be desired.

And, before you say it, I'm not ready to say "fahr" them. He deserves his chance. That being said if I had to place a bet right now, I'd say we'll be hiring another experiment in four years.
