I think he bought some time with the two road games. I don't think they'll let him coach in Neyland, win or lose. Especially on homecoming weekend. It would be a recipe for disaster.
It would be risky to trot him out in front of all those furious alums and donors when Currie needs their financial support for stadium renovations. But letting him coach in Lexington and risking only the second loss in 32 years against UK is also ballsy. It's hard to beg for money when you're seriously pissing off the walletholders.
If someone screams they are going to kill you as you walk off the field, then I would call that a death threat. The burden of proof should lie on UF, not Mac.
