Good point. Saw the same thing happen to Memphis last week when they were still in the game. Announcers were all over it. Of course, it doesn't get mentioned here.
It really does, you aren't going to be on the 5 yard line many more times in the 4th. Odds are you will be in FG range at least two additional times if D gets a stop. All good though. Any chance to come back needed 7 right there. Late in the game a onside kick recovery with 45 seconds sets up a tie FG but not enough time to score a TD. JMO
I do wish folks would get off their high horse and stop dropping the negative word any time a opinion differs.
