So Dobbs first action of the year is versus the No.4 squad in the country. You all complain like hell over any bad play he makes. Our offense hasn't looked this good all year. 190 rushing yards after having 0 last week. Do the math.....

Who's a young player? I was talking about the call on the defensive side of the ball. That was getting the call in efficiently with the clock stopped after a penalty.

Correct. You burned the redshirt and our running game becomes better immediately which will help temensously against the remaining opponents.

What was that Bama T AMU score?

I was ready to turn this thing off after the first quarter, just wishing for the clock to wind down.

At the beginning of the 4th quarter, I was wishing we had MORE time.

I'm all in board the Dobbs train.

Take away the first quarter and we stood toe to toe. When these guys ate juniors and seniors we'll be ok. These kids gotta grow up.

We got cold cocked in the first quarter and withstood it. I know, no moral victories, but I don't hate how I feel right now.

And coach jake isn't as bad as I thought. He just jeeds a dynamic QB

God i wish we just had a package for him during the UF game. I know I've read on here that Butch promised his parents the RS but damn. He could have easily done for us what the UF QB did for them.

Couldn't watct tonight fellas. Got all kinds of updates about Dobbs balling though.

Anybody wanna give me a rundown of how we looked in all three phases?

Defense: awful, then good, then tired and kinda bad
Offense: awful, then good, promising overall
ST: Medley is gonna be good, darr solid, berry had one nice return, they kicked to foreman a lot, Sutton almost really messed up

Feel better after this game than any other game this season. Dobbs played great... his great play elevated the team, and made this OL look serviceable. Future is bright as hell.

Basically, we couldn't move much on offense early with Peterman and the defense was off. Alabama scored 27 straight by early 2nd quarter. Dobbs did have a fumble on a scramble. He played well though and scored 10 to end the half. We scored to make it 26-17 in the third and then Bama had a nice drive to go up 34-17. Dobbs had composure and made some nice throws, but he missed two on the goaline in the 4th. Dobbs had 80+ yards rushing.
