There is just not much logic to the "I'll believe it when I see it" argument.. Florida isn't good. We are much improved

Anyone blaming Peterman for the loss should rewatch the game. He played poorly, but Bajakian put him in a horrible situation with some of those playcalls. Very few quick hitters, mostly long developing plays with no pass protection.

Our offensive playcalling was horrible after the first 2 drives. We actually used some new plays then and had some success, then we morphed back into the same ole, same ole and were horrible for most of the game.

For all the talk Butch gives about special teams, our kicking teams are a joke. Every single aspect. Medley played a good game today so props to him. But our kick coverage is a joke. Allowing them to down the ball at the 1 cost us the game. Whoever wins special teams wins the game more often than not.

Georgia threw two picks and fumbled twice and we could not take advantage, You absolutely can not go on the road and blow those opportunities.

Two fumbles on the QB/RB exchange is unacceptable.

Gurley was clearly the best player on the field and we had some trouble bringing him down, but the defense played a very good game.

The line, specifically Kerbyson, were bad protecting Worley and Peterman. The quarterbacks have to do a better job recognizing blitzes though. Many times there were unblocked defenders by design. The QB has to read that and throw hot.

Jalen Hurd and Ethan Wolf are really, really good. The only thing Hurd lacks is breakaway speed. That may hold him back some.

I'm sick of the "we're young" excuse. At some point you've got to quit making excuses, man up, and execute.

Overall, this game put me in a bad mood. We were close to winning, but we blew nearly every chance we had. That's just unacceptable. Georgia isn't that great. They did everything they could to give us this game and we handed it back to them.

I'm encouraged by today. This team fights incredibly hard.

Once we have depth and talent to match, sky is the limit.

It's hilarious all the posters pulling fan cards after losses.

The result of this game hurts like hell and there's no way around that. No moral victories here.

So, I am really frustrated and sympathize with the sentiments of some who are tired of the moral victories but.....

If you blame Bajakian for bad play calling them you also have to give him major props for Worley's play in the 4th quarter (which no one can deny was outstanding).

or

the two fumbles were just poor execution by the players. There is really no more simple play in football than a handoff and those fumbles weren't the coaches fault.

I agree there was some questionable play call (like there is in every game, not just TN games) and the Peterman interlude made things difficult, but TN was still in place to win the game with just a little bit better execution.

If's and butts, but.... I really think we win this thing if Worley didn't hurt himself. Justin Worley is Da Man. I am in awe of him. (knowing that kid, he probably came back with a broken arm) I think we beat Florida (if Worley can play) and I'll be there to see it. I also think we pull some "upsets".. We need an improved offensive line, but the team has a lot of heart.

This all day every day - our fan base is a bunch of whiny little pansies with severely limited perspective.

There is no way on earth this is a moral victory. Georgia isn't that much better than us. They played horrible besides Gurley breaking tackles and we blew nearly every chance we had to win. This isn't a case of them being great and us playing well but coming up just short.
