Recruiting Forum: UNofficial Oklahoma Pre-Game Thread

Croom should have made a better effort but y'all crushing a kid for the DB making one of the best picks I've seen in awhile is a bit much.

We need Croom.
Off the top of my head. He's been targeted three times. The pick and two drops. He's been awful today.

Cam Sutton is wild :)

Okay? He played disturbingly bad in the second half. Two picks in the RZ, one was a pick six that ended any hope we had. He's also thrown at least 2 more picks that were dropped, one was a pick six. The OL got better this half, but Worley got a lot worse.

Worley's turnovers really hurt us, I agree with that. The interception to Croom in the end zone was Croom's fault, not Worley's. The other one was a bad throw. I disagree that the OL was playing better in the second half. Oklahoma defense was playing with a 17-24 point lead for most of the half.

This score is very misleading IMO.

There is a very real chance that we should be winning right now. I like the defense, and if we had an offensive line I'd like our offense. Missing VP and Wolf hurt us a lot tonight. Also I'm having a hard time being hard in either Jake or Worley, it's hard to play well when every play you are on the ground and your play book gets sliced in half when your guys can't hold a block.

In case none of you remember last year, Worley was benched for playing just like he played today.

Not even close to accurate.

Worley this year is decisive and accurate.
Worley last year held the ball WAY too long and missed very easy throws.

Revisionist history to try to bolster your asinine point

There is a lot of positive in this game. The FF probably is to blind to see it but it is there. OL needs to get better. The D is good. The O is close. It's right there. We just have to grab it it and own it.

I said that on Croom.

If you can't see the OL has been better, look at rushing splits per half/quarter. Or even sack splits per quarter/half.

The OL wasn't good either half, but they were better in the second half.

OU's Defense is real good. We had chances to make it close. Our play calling was horrible each time. It was good until we were ready to score then wtf? We can win some games. OU is for real.

If we can manage UGA running game, like only Gurley making big plays and limit them. I've seen nothing from their passing game or HUSTON or whatever his name is.
