Recruiting Forum Weight Loss Advice Thread

No doubt, I can't be that anal about what I eat. Takes all the fun out of life. Just eat smaller portions and don't eat after 7 PM and get your ass to the gym.
I can't do all the macro stuff. It's way too complicated. When eating involves a spreadsheet, that's where I'm out. Everybody is different though. What works for one may not the other. All I do is try and count net carbs. It's not all that difficult and I still get to eat a lot of the foods I enjoy. It has made me have to cook more which maybe isn't a bad thing. It's working for me now and while it took a bit of adjustment at the beginning It's sort of the way of life now.
