For those who use the MyFitnessPal app, when you can’t find what you ate, do you just guess and try to find something comparable so you have more accurate numbers?

scan the bar code...if no bar code pick something close or google.
 
Wife got me a breakfast drink and apparently I've been gaining weight while drinking it.... Not gonna get it again after it's gone

Yeah, I've just been picking something close. Like we just had a cookout at work with burgers and dogs. Just added a random hamburger and bun to my daily food list, gotta keep myself honest.
 
D%#n! I forgot to weigh in last week. I'll make sure I do it Sunday. Probably no change. I've stalled. Gotta to push harder to get in the 220's.

Man I'm never eating a carb again!!! I'm sure it'll taper off, but that's almost 5 pounds in a week. Maybe I can hit the 250s next weigh-in :cool:
