Renewed/New Shows Announced!

I'm amazed Quantico is still on. I only made it through the first season by making fun of it so hard. I'm going to guess there will be another bomb (or three), everyone will break the rules and disobey orders constantly with no consequences, there will be lots of unwarranted man-crying, and the main character still hasn't learned how to clear her ****ing throat.

CBS has given the green light for a 13-epiosde second season to the drama Ransom!

The first season of Ransom debuted on CBS with a New Year's Day Mid-Season Premier before moving to it's regular Saturday time slot on January 7th. It isn't yet known if it will continue as a mid-season show or if it will move to a late Spring/Summer series.

Ransom stars Luke Roberts as negotiator Eric Beaumont and co-stars Sarah Greene, Brandon Jay McLaren, Nazneen Contractor and Jenessa Grant.

Pleasantly surprised by this news as I really enjoyed it. Not to mention the first season ended on a cliffhanger so now we will get a resolution to the storyline.

The X-Men related series The Gifted has been renewed for a Second Season at Fox.

I really like this show. That being said they need to start opening up the story line more. It feels like it hasn't developed much from series premiere.

They join the previously announced...
The Big Bang Theory (12th Season)
Young Sheldon (2nd Season)

S.W.A.T. (2nd Season)

Shows not yet renewed are Code Black, Criminal Minds, Elementary, Kevin Can Wait, Life in Pieces, Living Biblically, Man With a Plan, Scorpion, and Superior Donuts.

A few of those not yet renewed like Elementary have yet to air their newest season but kinda shocked at Scorpion not getting the renewal today!

The Brave was so much better than Seal Team. Unfortunately it had to compete with the Good Doctor which aired at the same time.

Code Black had been renewed and will be airing April 25 at 10 on CBS.

I watch Scorpion and yes it's cheesy at times so it may have gradually lost it's fan base.
