Rich Men North of Richmond

Wtf. It's a joke because the lyrics are silly. Imagine Bob Dylan writing a lyric about fudge rounds in a protest song...now imagine Flight of the Conchords doing it. Which feels right?

This is the politics forum and you need thicker skin here. Don't be so offended about an opinion about a political song
Lol, I'm not the least bit offended. My skin is fine. You always seem to whine anytime I oppose you. I dgaf if you or anyone else likes the song or not I only chimed in because I didn't think Knox understood a line.

Next time I see you posting, I'll make sure to analyze all your posts with every poster in every forum and respond accordingly. I've got an algorithm.
Just be sure to watch for my responses to huff so you can take up for him. He shouldn't need any help, especially here. I mean this is the PF and all.

I'll make sure to put extra-specific analysis into every post you make because you are so very important, o wonderous behr of volnation.

Edit: you're obviously very important and worthy of extra thought before anybody replies to your sanctimonious-ness.

By all means, ignore the subsequent conversation on that very issue and why race is not mentioned but is insinuated into ot by MAGA
Race was not mentioned in the song, that’s true.
But it was you that “insinuated it into it”. Not your beloved maga.

If you grew up in Appalachia, this is the face of “fat welfare” -

The amount of jimmies rustled over a song with a meaning that resonates with millions of people and is not in any way directed towards anyone outside of the rich politicians in D.C. on both sides is amazing.😂
It’s unreal how some race to put everything they see in a box so they can give a canned reaction.

It's really hard for me to understand. The artist has stated that he's a "very centered person politically and doesn't really lean left or right". That obviously means the song is directed towards both sides but only one seems to really get upset over it. The reaction of that side is actually quite funny to me as well.

There's tons of great hip hop out these days... you just have to find it.
I'm open to suggestions. I like NF. Chance is good.

Totally unrelated: I watched a one hour Grimes show on YouTube that blew my mind Friday night. Holy crap.

Vince Staples, Kendrick, Gangstarr, Aesop Rock (not to be confused with A$ap Rocky), MAVI for starters.

"If you respond to my BS, I expect you to know the history of every interaction I've had on volnation. I'm very important and you should know everything about my interactions with other posters."

I think its funny how a poster has commented dang near 20 times in this thread about a song that he supposedly hasn't even listened to. The lengths that some will go to just to argue a side.

Which poster? Does it bother you that he questions why youre so defensive about a song?
