I'd say that a very small portion of the people those numbers are based are politicians who set their own salary.

I vote for Republicans all the time. I cannot recall the last time I did not split the ticket.

The MAGA resentment class to me is the problem. But the very same thing that created them, changing demographics, also spells their inevitable statistical doom to the dust heap of history. So all good in the long run.

Sorry, I really don’t understand the Maga resentment whatever. But, I don’t like paying more for taxes, food, fuel and whatever I’m paying more for now. I don’t like seeing criminals being released for crimes that would usually carry hefty jail time. I don’t like seeing the hypocrisy of the law. I don’t like the cancel culture. As far as my job goes, I was doing better during the Obama years.

We no longer have a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We have big government and it’s not just the democrats, it’s on both sides.

If a person votes progressive, they are getting what they voted for. Sorry, that’s just fact. Do I believe they deserve suffering because of it, no. But , it is kind of karma because they knew what they were voting for .

I can’t agree with progressive ideals. And, we can’t come to an impasse. We have become a nation of malcontents.
