Barnes hasn’t done squat since his sweet 16 except make millions more.

I like Barnes too and think he’s been great for our program but I also think it’s about time for him to retire. My hope is we don’t have to fire him and he goes out gracefully and helps identifying the new coach.

Barnes doesn’t deserve to get “Fulmer’d,” regardless of anyones opinion on him. Tell
him he can ride out his contract and send him out to pasture.

getting outcoached here a bit. On out of bounds plays they’ve scored 2-3 times. We run the same OOB play every time and are lucky to get it in.

Barnes best years are long gone. He isn’t going to win big.

His best here is - one sweet sixteen.

Not even making the NCAAT yearly. But whatever.

When any program pays top 5 money - fans, admins and players should expect top 5 results.

Nowhere near that.

But he was given an amazing salary. No matter what way you shake it, when you’re one of the highest paid coaches in the country, you have to deliver results. You can argue about the previous coaches till the cows come home, but he’s been here long enough to separate himself from previous coaches and there’s not much to show for how much he’s getting paid.
