Sad day, He is one of the first UT basketball players I remember watching. I was 7 when he started at UT and can remember the energy he brought to each game. Prayers for the family. Way too young.

Dyron Nix was one of my top five players ever at UT. His uncanny way of shooting free-throws got me in lots of trouble trying to be like Dyron! God Speed my brother! I will be praying for the family.

One of my favorite childhood memories!!

Sorry to the ones who beat me to the Nix/Clicks line. I met Nix coming out of Murphy Center after we lost to MTSU in the NIT. A 7th grader getting a high five from a Vol is something never forgotten.

that smooth catch, turn and finish at 1:10 sure would be nice to have. The ball didn't hit the ground and he didn't bring it down below his knees to get up and finish, as our big men have been doing for 3 years.
