It may move faster than expected, Iāve always heard DE courts are the best courts in all the land on this type of stuff.
Is that enough time for a proper discovery?
In my experience in discovery and of course depositions in being a rep from my company in various suits, it's a pretty tight window imo especially when demanding certain information that may take multiple queries. I guess if everyone involved is competent it can happen. Should be an interesting show. The thread says itās not an unreasonable request in this court on a matter of this type. Iāve never done anything in Delaware and havenāt done contracts since law school. Iām just going off what he says. Heās an appellate guy who clerked at that court so I feel like he probably has a pretty good idea. Much better than mine.
Me too. The first thing I would do if I were him would be to fire 90% of the employees and cut the remainder by 50%. In 6 months, anyone that is left would get a 500% pay increase.I'm rooting for Twitter. I want Elon to have to buy it. Not my money. I don't care how much he overpaid for it. I'm just excited for the possibility of that first SJW social media pillar to topple.
This is going to be great.
Musk is forced to buy Twatter. He destroys the company. That then ends Tesla, which in turn bankrupts the lithium mining company. The planet is spared the raping in the name of āgreen energyā and around 10k slave laborers wonāt die each year mining the lithium.
I could not be happier about how this is working out.
Letās do Facebook next
I like what youāre thinking, but Iām not sure how Elon is going to lose this lawsuit, unless the bot count is close to as reported in their SEC filings. Maybe itās correct, because I donāt see why Twitter would risk a lawsuit otherwise. Very little upside for them and opening up a whole lot of risk.
Donāt mess with the vibe.
Iām in a positive place with all this right now
Iām in the sit back and enjoy the show place. Very interesting scenario to me.
Still cannot believe how politically invested some people are in the outcome. The most fascinating thing about the last few years is watching the Democratic Party transition into the party of big corporates.
One day, some future Gomer will be explaining that what actually happened was Republicans all registered as Democrats and all Democrats moved over the the Republican Party. The parties just magically switched.
