So on the content of the tweet, why would Musk not demand that? If they’re going thru with the original deal as written up I would make ending the suit a condition of the sale too. Why would all parties not want this it just seems a better environment for all going forward doesn’t it?

It's not arbitrary. Something historical happened on page 99 and right now we are seeing the conclusion of that.
