RIP Twitter

Only over a Zoom call, they won't be there in person. And now that the economy is in full recession mode with lay offs happening, look for the babies to run back to mommy and daddy's house because they can't get a job working from home making $200k a year.

I spoke with one of my resellers just the other day. He is a contractor/advisor primarily in the poultry industry in Gainesville GA. Has a smallish inventory and walk up counter.
Looking for personnel just like everyone else..A warehouse/ delivery position paying $18/hour and they cover 90% of medical..CANNOT FIND people..

We are talking graduate HS level applicants. **** at 18 and fresh out of HS and making near $40K..getting your own pad..party time..

This nation is in BIG TROUBLE

So on the content of the tweet, why would Musk not demand that? If they’re going thru with the original deal as written up I would make ending the suit a condition of the sale too. Why would all parties not want this it just seems a better environment for all going forward doesn’t it?

Why would Twitter want this? Twitter has plenty of reason to seek more $ from Musk since he slandered them and tried to welch on the deal, costing them a fortune in legal fees. Also, they'd get a chance to depose him and I think the last thing on earth that he wants is to be deposed.

They might give in to this demand to get the deal done, but they don't give a **** about a "better environment moving going forward." That doesn't benefit them in any way.

The problem is that the trophy for everyone generation is lazy AF. They have no work ethic. My neighbors across the street have 3 boys, 2 teens and a near teen. Guess who mows the grass with a push mower?

Lol! After the deal Musk OWNS Twitter and can do whatever the hell he wants. So why would anybody currently on that board want to do this that would seem the basic definition of stupid from a business perspective

I see it at my Moms house..40 YO Father has some serious medical issues..although you wouldn't know it by looking at him. They have In-College aged son living at home..when I am there can hear him swinging into a golf net in the garage at night..and then see the Mother out mowing the grass as it to the point it has to be done.

LMAO yeah sure. Their first act of business will be to get on their new boss’s **** list. And any monies that would go to Twitter remain the assets of Twitter … which the owner of Twitter would then control? If Musk completes the deal then the suit would seem OBE. If it has any value the suit could be used as leverage to guarantee closure of the deal. And once the docs are signed then the suit is immediately withdrawn

So again what was so monumental on page 99?

Who cares other than some win/lose Nanna Nanna BS.
Yet inflation is rampant, the economy is failing and a potential WW conflict..Yea..who GAS about Twitter

I've seen the mother mowing across the street as well. I suppose the boys are exercising their thumbs tapping a video game controller while mom sweats her ass off. Their extent of coming outside is to shoot hoops when they have bros over.

Then why does he even need to ask for this stipulation?

But let's not consider documenting more immigrants as a solution.

It’s not that he shouldn’t demand it, it’s that nobody should believe it’s a good faith offer.

Why? It would appear the obvious good faith offer would be to make the condition that the suit will automatically be withdrawn upon completing the transaction wouldn’t it? After the sale he would basically be suing himself wouldn’t he? Honest questions on my part here.

I think it’s the old adage: “Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.”

He wanted a later trial. This delays the trial and he can just yell “PSYCH” at the end and walk again. I’m assuming it is not like the sale of a McDouble and fries, where it happens in one day and it’s over.

You got brain disease or something? You did it on this page, minutes ago.
Apparently you do. I asked what was so monumental on page 99. And yes apparently all you have are histrionics. I do have two posts on page 99 that I see neither appears vary innocuous
