It’s not a 1A issue it’s an abuse of power issue.

Both of you are fundamentally correct. I don't think the 1A condones/protects government outsourcing it's censorship. It's only an abuse of power because there is a 1A. whose intent is to ensure a press free of government coercion and collusion. When that intent is violated - such as the direct tools given to Dem legislators and WH to actively monitor and target 'disinformation/misinformation' offenders for censorship by the press, or DOJ/FBI and intel positioning the Biden laptop as Russian disinformation - the 1A is violated by that government.

I've often said the Democrats encouraged the rioting in the summer of 2020 because they felt it would help them. By any means necessary. They didn't care if the country burned as long as it didn't reach the elites neighborhoods. Ultimately their vile character has led to what we have seen as a continued steep decline in the degradation in our society the last 2 1/2 years. Criminals are not even afraid anymore.
