Does anyone know what the road uniforms will look like this season? Since we went back to the double stripe at home I didnt know what we would do on the road. I wouldn't think the double stripe would look good with our road jersey. Does anyone know?

I think they need to tell the NCAA to go to Tuscaloosa and wear the uniforms they wore against UNLV.

Can someone explain the dislike for the orange pants ON THE ROAD (never again the Orange on Orange home uniforms--please)?

Right now, we're the big white in our road uniforms, and look way too much like TX or Penn State. The road uniforms are just sad and boring.

We are the Big ORANGE afterall. Those of you who don't like the pants, watch the TN/ND Miracle at South Bend, and tell me how that look is worse than what we currently have.

I like the orange pants, and would love to see them at GA in two weeks. It would be fitting since the white/white was introduced against GA in 92.

i like the orange pants on the road games, and i agree w/ ncvol, our uni's r BOOOORRRRRRRIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG :whistling:

I'm in the camp that hates the white/white look. It also interferes with fans' ability to tell when we're at a TV timeout.

I don't care what the uniforms look like as long as we stay with orange and white and don't go to some black jersey or anything like that. Also, don't want to see the funky crap like Miami has on their uniforms.

I don't like black on the road. We should be all white with Orange letters and numbers. White and white is how it should stay. I prefer getting rid of the black, because I think the two colors looks better for us.

But I have to disagree utvol0427, I like Miami's uniforms. (the road jersey's with green pants are my favorites. Never orange pants though)

bring back some kind of orange for road trips, we look like the kkk football team out there in all white

I don't mind the Orange pants for road uni's...but i'm defintely against the orange on orange look at home...here's a rendiditon that some one did a while back...i like the orange collar and cuffs...and the orange pants with a dual white strip would be cool. and i still want the fat stripe on the helmet.

I don't see any problem with the orange pants. I would bet they're going to wear the same pants they've been using at home.

I know Fulmer's orginial prefference was to go back to solid white on the road uniforms this year, but I also thought I knew he wasn't going to add the stripes.

He faked a lot of us out with that one!

VERY few people had the scoop on the stripes. Fulmer surprised a lot of us with that one.

He has said that he will "probably" have the white only pants because the color of the stripes doesn't match the color of the numbers on the white jerseys.

Please bring back the orange pants. The best look we've ever had was in the early 1990s. Just plain orange & white with no black trim, and orange pants. That looked sweet, but I don't think we'll ever get the orange pants back until Fulmer retires. He just won't do it because it looks too much like Major's teams did. That's why he went to the white pants in the first place. Come on, we are the Big ORANGE. Not the Big WHITE!
