ehh welcome to the party Kentucky. Seen on twitter they visited recently. I'd imagine this kid is fixing to jump significantly in the rankings so expect a lot more offers. It cant hurt that we were early on this kid.

There is a nice write-up on the Memphis-area kids and Hubbs from the Penny Hardaway Tourney recently. UT mentioned with every one of them.

We had the look of a lost fawn in headlights for 40 minutes a couple nights ago. Hopefully we regain some confidence Saturday against an UA team we should be able to handle with relative ease.

Saw him on the front page of rivals today. I don't have a membership to the site. So I am not sure what the story was about.

Hubbs growing comfortable with attention

Anybody with a subscription care to summarize?

Dated 1/26. Scored 28 points in the Penny Hardaway Hoopfest, leading his team to victory. Described as athletic along the baseline, can shoot with range and create off the dribble.

Ranked #39 nationally and has offers from teams like Memphis, Tennessee, Florida, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Vandy and Mrruay St.

Saw that we are now on his lists for rivals.

I caught his game against Raleigh Egypt last night. He had about 20 at half and didn't play much after that. Had one nasty highlight reel dunk. I would be happy with him or Thornwell they are both great players.

Robert Hubbs 6'4" SG TN class of 2013
per espn- 3* #28 grade-90

(this guys stock is rising by the second, this evaluation was 8/8/11)

Strengths:
Hubbs is an incredible athlete who is just starting to realize how good he can be on the hardwood. He can score the ball and always tries to excite the homefolks with some acrobatic antics in the air.
Weaknesses:
Athleticism is not in question but strength and the ability to grasp the lead guard spot will be his growth expierence. He has the skills and despite being asked to score, he has the capability to get everyone involved. Decision-making will bring him into another level.
Bottom Line:
This athletic combo guard has drawn the attention of many in the SEC and the Southeast and has garnered a number of offers.

I forgot to mention. The Pg on his team is also very good and would be a big upgrade from what we have on the roster right now.
