Do people lie about mental health when submitting paperwork to aqauire a gun? ...same difference. Women will lie to get an abortion if they want to if a rape exception is made. That having a rape exception, in state abortion laws, will lead to significantly more cases of false rape reports being made.
You are getting into another territory ... a late term abortion when the fetus is viable? I don't have a problem with saving the baby's life at that point. That isn't an area that I've been talking about here.Right. And you’re saying they should be able to terminate on the day of delivery. So how are they avoiding the pregnancy in that scenario?
Yeah .. because the cops aren't going to ask you follow up questions concerning who, where, when and how ... or ask if you received medical attention, and if not, then why?
Not the same thing. That is not a parallel equivalency.Do people lie about mental health when submitting paperwork to aqauire a gun? ...same difference. Women will lie to get an abortion if they want to if a rape exception is made.

So you’re okay with aborting a child from rape at any point?
Hell yes!
Its an actually higher percent of false rape claims then there are abortions for rape. So we need a cover all exception for a lower percentage? That make no sense..of the point is to make people stop using abortion as birth control then. How is a coverall loophole gonna help..it'll hurt more then help. Not the same thing. Your argument is basically that some women might lie in order to have an abortion that had resulted from consensual sex. In my opinion the risk of that isn't great enough, to leave out a rape exception in abortion laws.
That is ridulous. Detectives prove fabricated stories all the time. Not they wouldn't. You can't prove someone made a story up and even if they could the odds of a department going after a woman for that are slim to none.

This is a link to a YouTube channel called "Across the Table." It's basically police interrogations of people, who are lying their butts off and being caught by a detective.

This isn't about the fetus. It's about the mother not being forced to give birth to her attacker's baby. Such a mandate is cruel and disgusting, in my opinion. Poll after poll, shows that a majority of Americans agree with me on this, and that includes pro-life people.
If they have waited that long, then they should go ahead and have the baby. It is a silly game. That had not been part of the discussion up to then. If you wanna play games, reply to someone else's posts. I'm not interested. It's not a gotcha game. This was your real response to 32 weeks gestation (an entire month after the 28 weeks originally set by Roe v Wade). Seems you support forcing women to give birth to their attacker's baby.
