Roe vs Wade Overturned

How is this not punishment? Not mature enough to have an abortion but definitely mature enough to raise a child?

Florida court says teen is not 'mature' enough to have an abortion

This is a logical fallacy called "excluded middle" among others. You act as if those are the only 2 options....

You have never heard of giving a baby up for adoption rather than killing it? Nobody on Earth is trying to force this girl or any other pregnant girl to raise a child. Tens of thousands of couples waiting for babies to adopt in the US at any given time. Think critically rather than reacting emotionally about her situation.

Well, I learned something

These drawings comparing human embryos necks to gill slits were straight up shown to be 100% bunk and got the scientist who made this BS up more than 100 years ago completely discredited by his peers, universities, etc and made him a laughingstock of the emerging " evolution" movement.

The fact that this garbage persists is a demonstration of the absolute desperation of atheists to lump abiogenesis...which there is and has never been a single SHRED of evidence for...under the intentional umbrella term of " evolution". It is a blatant attempt to smuggle garbage conclusions (that life has ever come from any inanimate object, concoctions, "primordial soup" etc) into science books, classrooms, and anywhere else they can foist these blatant, unsupported lies on unsuspecting kids. It is shameful.

1/8.3 are innocent? That's about 12%. Vs 100% of abortions are innocent. Surely you can't think this is a good argument for your side?
I am not pro abortion, but I do not believe the government has the right to tell a woman what she can do with her body. Are you okay with forcing a woman who is raped to have a child? What gives you the right to make that decision?

One thing of many I love about the Right's argument on this issue is that you want to force women to have children, but then call them all "freeloaders" when they can't afford to support these children. It's so damn hypocritical.

Of course a woman should be able to do what she wishes with her body. The problem is that does not give her a right to kill a second human. Why are you okay with that?

Raped women can get IUDs right? So why are we using abortion for rape?

No one is forced to raise a child. So where is the hypocrisy?

So you want to make the woman have this child, but then just give it up for adoption like it's no big deal? Must be nice running all these people's lives for them.

The .gov tells men and women what they can and cannot do with their bodies.

If not being able to kill another human is ruining your life, perhaps you should question the decisions you're making.

It's amazing how you've done nothing but bring up weak bumper sticker level arguments to this point and have been shown that each is false, yet have in no way changed your opinion.

"abortion vs capital punishment", "hypocritical to call them freeloaders", etc

Giving a living child up for adoption is emotionally harder than killing the child? That's an odd stance.

Bro, that is not Haeckel's drawing. And from your source...

Amd where does this rule of consciousness exist?

We're just guessing at all of this. It's my belief. I believe I originally got it from the Bible when God breathed the breath of life into Adam, which I interpreted to be his soul/spirit/consciousness.

I don't believe the Bible anymore but I still believe our consciousness is what makes us persons with natural rights.

Wait, this is a religious discussion?
so, Adam received life that way, but if you are following that logic then you are ignoring the fact that he wasn’t ever a fetus.
Further, the Bible never speaks of “rights.” Never, not once. Rights are given by governments. And rights come from the basic belief that human beings have worth.
