On what level do you have the most power over that? As 1 out of 330m citizens or as 1/x citizens in a given locality?

Seems best of both worlds as a lot of red states have blue metropolitan ran governments.

Do you believe the civil war was because of differences in state law or because of the federal government trying to force laws on states?

The civil was about certain states not having the ability to do what they want . But if they had the option some states would of never progressed any

I have never heard someone say decentralized gov is more corrupt than a central... We have truly been blessed with peace, power and gluttony that we are circling back to the same ****. Amazing.

So we agree. The civil war was due to federal power, not state power. But for some reason you believe state power will cause the next?

And no, they would have progressed. There’s a massive lie told in America that “America became rich off the backs of slaves”. The truth is that slavery was terribly insufficient and was a dying system. That’s why the north was so much stronger economically than the south.

Also important to note that the US had some of the earliest anti slavery laws because of state power

I believe state power will lead to extremist states . Not that we will have war but the states have shown that if u let them they will erase history

I care deeply for my extended family. But I am concerned more for my immediate family more than my extended. Maybe you can understand that analogy.

Also you need to crack a history book and read up on how far we have gotten away from how this country was founded. This court has done more for us in the last few days than any elected official has in 50 years.
