During 2008 we started the season 3-6. I was not comforted by the fact that Fulmer won a Championship in 98 with Cutcliffe.

Why would I care about Meyer's championships with Mullen, Strong, and Tebow?

Mullen was the QB coach in 2006 and 2008 correct?

Strong was the DC in 2006 and 2008 correct?

Considering UT's recruiting had fallen off considerably by that point, you should have expected rough sledding.

That's not an issue at UF...but nice try.

According to you, Meyer's part in developing an SEC head coach, a Big East Head coach, (not to mention the otherHcs), and one of the most decorated college QBs ever is insignicicant.

Then, losing the previously mentioned individuals to advanced careers/NFL should have no effect on Meyer's teams, according to you.

That seems perfectly unreasonable.

Reality: According to reports, Meyer's wife Shelly has thrown out his "lucky" socks, which according to your theory means Meyer may never win again.

It is insignificant in gauging Florida’s future success (Championships); which is what I thought we were talking about.

It is interesting that you play up their success (SEC HC, Big East HC, one of the most decorated college QBs ever) while downplaying the effect their loss will have on the Florida program.

Oddly, Mullen didn't win the NC last year at Miss. St. nor did Strong win an NC before working with Meyer.

Mullen and Strong have been unable to win NCs at any other school and/or without Meyer in 2006 and 2008.

Again, your point ?

Meyer hasn't been able to win NCs without them either. I thought I made that pretty clear.
