Returning and winning the Heisman, vaulted him to NUMBER ONE OVERALL...hard to second guess. Locker was 16-24 as a starter for the Washington Huskies. Todd McShay projected him as the number one overall pick, but he was isolated everyone else considered him a second round talent. The Underwear Olympics and Pro Days wouldn't have helped. Levis WANTED to be a top 10 pick after one season of relative success...we saw the results of returning. You did name ONE with Herbert tho. He finished second to Gardner Minshew in all-conference, so he most likely felt he had something to prove.
