I respectfully disagree that Nico is "so skinny." He is more muscular than LSU's Daniels who is making a push for the Heisman and has now run for over 1000 yds this season.

Having said that, we know Nico will gain more muscle and weight this offseason.

Guess Coach Heupel wanted to go 8-4 with Milton this year and let Nico rest up for next year. So basically waste of a year. He should have started him after the Florida loss. But once again , HAVE TO GIVE DEFENSE A REST. 4-6 minute drives are crucial in big games.

True, but the question is did they and why? Something just seems odd here. Heupel says that redshirting him is not the plan but now it is? We'll never know, but the real question is what did Nico and his family expect this year to be like? What was the plan and was it the plan all along?

Buddy it’s not a troll lol it’s reality. Do you understand it’s realistic that if he’s as good as we want he will be gone? If you have an option to be a top 10 pick you really can’t take a chance of being injured . Why didn’t Bryce young stay at Bama? You still living in 97 with Peyton

Or they are doing what any other coach in the country would do with a young QB. The games we lost Nico isn't going to get a win in either. If we lose to Vandy you may have a point but until then squad is what they are. Very few position groups have excelled. You can not blam Milton for the performance of anyone other than himself. It's just an average team with average coaches at OC, DB and DC. Hell Im not even sure I would say Halze is average. INclude the WR coach too. I haven't seen anything out of him Hyatt and Tillman were talented and both good leaders. Nimrod and Webb both look like they can be winners. I think this starts with not knowing where to line kids up. They forced Thorton inside when he was clearly better suited outside.

Plenty of QBs who have that chance stick around. If he stays, it has nothing to do with a lack of ability.

Interesting take . If you’re a top ten pick (assuming he could be) you’re not coming back look at the numbers . How many stay ? You’re not walking away from that money

Dude I’m not going to do this with you , I mentioned Peyton in the first response to you so that acknowledges some stay, I also indicated that times are much diff now and many don’t but you obviously can’t understand that . I’m just being realistic and you’re wanting to argue . We are having an argument about something that might not even pan out so I’m Being realistic and questioning things doesn’t make you a troll there’s frustration when you’re a fan so it reasonable to ask questions , there are always outliers however it is rare

I’m not speaking of Peyton. QBs today, still come back even when they’re predicted to be top ten draft picks. Since that’s a true statement, why wouldn’t we preserve an extra year in case he wishes to stay?

The obvious answer is we should preserve that extra year in case he wants it. And it’s ignorant to pretend he won’t stay if he’s elite given some players do stay
