Had they followed protocol...reaction at all wouldn’t of been necessary, don’t you think?

Seems they wanted a reaction from the Russians. Again, imo, this was a purposeful provocation by someone to put Russia in a bad light...

You’re FOS again. Russia has been fortifying Crimea for months as the satellite imagery above shows. Additional satellite imagery showing the movement of offensive units into position.

You’re right on one thing. This was orchestrated provocation... by Russia

with Russia when it comes to Ukraine, not at all. especially as this wasn't, at all, a peaceful thing. the only weapons that I have heard that the Ukrainians used were small arms. hardly seems like a move designed to provoke someone. were they sneaking a nuke or tank thru there, sure.

Along with locking down Sevastopol THIS is the reason why this is totally on the head of Putin. It was obvious this was the end game in 2014. Total ownership of the Sea of Azov and deeper extension into the Black Sea reserves they didn’t have access to before.

I don’t think they were there to sneak anything in...just to provoke the most aggressive action they could from Russia and not lose lives...

Why the extreme of imposing martial law?! Russia had nothing to gain from this...

Could this also be a reason the US orchestrated a coup of the Ukrainian government?! Not only would they gain in this way...but, also by denying the Russians of Sevastopol.....

martial law is a separate issue. Poroshenko can be using this, while Russia was the instigator. Let no good crisis go is just good politics these days.

and if they didn't want it to turn deadly why would they return fire?

Seems awful coincidental and dramatic to be using it AFTER the fact...not to mention the intelligence officers onboard...

The US had zero control over Ukraine’s oil and gas reserves. They were a means to energy independence from Russia as well as a cash vehicle for export to Europe, Germany specifically. And Russia couldn’t let that stand and TOOK THEM BY FORCE!

Knock off your BS narrative on this. Zero people outside of RT-Sputnik are buying it!

probably got some fed on board when crossing non-international waters and not specifically on a military operation.

why would there need to be intelligence officers on board for him to call martial law into effect?

why was Russia ready to militarize with Anti-ship and anti-air missiles if this wasn't planned by them? thats a lot more difficult to do than sticking two people on a boat.

maybe the two officers were just vacationing. that was a favorite response for all the Russian wounded and dead in Ukraine.

You tell me? If you bother to hear both sides, from the interrogations...they admitted that they were on the ships to make sure the provocation was carried out as planned...

Militarize? The same reason we would if Chinese boats refused to stop after being warned multiple times in our territorial waters around Hawaii...

Meant that the Ukrainian boats were warned multiple times prior to Russia’s response...
