Putie definitely did Rocket Man a solid for an excuse not to thats for sure.
And by the time Russia is done carving out all of the Sea of Azov coastal areas along with Crimea they might as well finish the job instead of letting what’s left languish and die.
After all as we’ve been told here the ends justify the means it’s only what’s best for the remaining unconquered areas. And yeah, I think the Russians really do think that way.
Full mobilization?! They can’t even defeat “miners” in E Ukraine...
Why in hell would Putin attack Ukraine...for what reason?!
Pacer92 will now explain how this is factually incorrect and there’s no reason for Mother Russia to take this action. Here he is discussing the topic now.Except they had beaten the DNR/LNR when they truly were "miners" back in the spring of 2014. After retaking Kramatorsk and Sloviansk the proxy republics were defeated and the only reason why the tide turned was direct involvement by Russian regular troops with advanced Russian equipment.

just like those Russians in an APC that ended up several kilometers inside Ukraine. The same ones that were returned within a week.If it was within their territorial waters...of course they do.
It’s not like these are fishing boats getting off course. These are military vessels...with all the necessary equipment to understand the exact coordinates of their operations...

Again if this was just a matter of protocol why is shipping still limited/cut off and why haven't the prisoners/hostages been returned?
only way they would have known is if Russia responded so harshly. Why would Ukraine send intelligence officers (incredibly broad term there, a radio operator could be intelligence) if they weren't sure how Russia would react?2 Ukrainian intelligence officers were aboard these ships...not the norm...
They have reason to believe this was an orchestrated provocation...
