Boo... "You don't know what kinda dogs you got til you run 'em...let's run 'em"...

Guy cracks me up.
I spent a day with Boo's mom following him around TPC at Southwind. This was when nobody knew he existed and he still had to play in rain pants because of a skin condition that react to cotton. He played the entire round without a driver and just stomped some three woods. He's one helluva ball striker.

I have a reasonable idea where Boo gets his down hominess. I'm a fan.

I actually don't see a big advantage in any of those matches.

The risk for Faldo is that Furyk and Perry beat Westwood / Sergio. That happens, he ain't liking it. Any of the US teams loses and they were supposed to.

This is my first Ryder Cup where I will pay attention to what is going on...Do the matches start today? Also, I notice there are a bunch of matches, 4 on 4, pairs and what not, are each one worth a different point value, and at the end they add up the points to determine the winner? So it's worth more points to win certain matches. Or is it based on Wins/Losses?

the first two days are broken into 8 matches each. 4 in the morning, four in the afternoon. Each match pits 2 man teams against one another. Each match is worth 1 point for a win and 1/2 point for a tie.

The format is alternate shot in the morning, two man best ball in the afternoon.

Sunday is singles matches each worth 1 point.

Karlson planted an iron on 1 and Kim hit a wedge that was poor for me.

there's something about Westwood that makes me want to bludgeon him with a 6 iron.
