Saban's thoughts on Tennessee...

They're blown calls every week and Slive has not a damn thing to do with it. If you beat them, it's because you beat them. Don't start blaming the refs before the game is even kicked off.

Alabama will win the game Sat because they have much better players on both sides of the ball...but I still don't expect to see a penalty called against their O Line. That's not sour grapes just an observation. They got away with an obvious chop block on us (Sentimore) last year as I recall which is unusual. Those are pretty easy to see and normally get called.

Agree with this. Yeah he's the enemy this week, but I appreciate his objectivity.

Besides, I still don't consider him a Bama guy. Just hired to do a job and given $ and resources rivaling the US defense budget to bring them another championship.

He won't retire from Bama IMO.

This exactly....,, I just never get the sense from Saban that he has any loyalties anywhere he is ....just a hireling doing a job who happens to be really good at it..... And he wasn't even Bama's first choice...., Rich Rodriguez..... Ha

If we're gonna play this game though, I want my horse collar and 15 yards from last weekend. I also want the targeting call back from game 2. I also want the........

Just hush and win. Everyone is on the level and you conspiracy theorist need to get a grip.

how come you have so many posts but ive never seen you on here? also, auburn tigers. that is all

Saban was definitely ahead of the curve when it came to oversigning and the systematic circumvention of the 85 scholarship limit. Combined with his use of feeder schools for players facing eligibility concerns he has proven himself to not only be a great coach who is essentially running an NFL farm team but also the best since Bryant at manipulating rules and creating a competitive advantage in the country's best conference. It makes me sick how some of you on this board lick his package and hang on his every word....and if you want to know what he really thinks about Tennessee, the people you need to speak with are the in state Tennessee players that he has recruited such as Jalen Hurd. Nobody negative recruits like the Crimson Dwarf. Don't think for a minute that he respects us (or the damn rulebook).

I have always said he's a cheater. I truly believe one day he'll be exposed. I said the same thing about Lance Armstrong and Bill bilichek. Anything someone is a total piece of garbage as a human being the wins on a unprecedented level I suspect. With both bilichek and Armstrong it proved to be true. You could really throw Barry Bonds in that same category

why do you think, liberal use of the word here but stick with me, that saban is "a total piece (total piece, wtf?) of garbage as a human being the wins on a unprecedented level"?

I can't wait for the epic meltdown when he leaves for another job. They will put the whole state on suicide watch.

"walk small, carry a big stick". I hope alabama goes in thinking they can phone it in. I'm not entirely convinced we can win, but I do know we won't lay down. We are Tennessee. And our players now "Get It" and our coaches "have it".

I've asked this before a while back but never got an answer. What's the deal with Saban's recruitment Jalen Hurd? What happened?

And "crimson dwarf" is hilarious!:eek:lol:
